We are making some revisions to the final models and submitting this paper for publication. We have also completed a draft literature review with Louis Merlin (Florida Atlantic University) and will be submitting for publication shortly. Finally, we have complete the process of recombining geographic units and modeling the relationship between the geographic scale of the unit of analysis and findings. We are writing up the findings and preparing a manuscript for publication. This summer Lufeng Lu, a master’s student, worked with the city and Professor Guerra to study traffic safety on Roosevelt Boulevard, one of the most dangerous roads in the country.
