Issues Problem and Change Problem: Cameras were deployed in early January. The new mayoral administration (a transition from the mayor and team that had requested project) was not familiar with the project. Project Co-PI Robert Tamburo met with new mayor and council to advance the project. In March, the Mayor informed the PIs that they would not move forward with the study. Change: Team is now res-coping and directing remaining resources (and deployed cameras) to the Better Boulevard Analytics Project, where study is moving forward with support.
